Which projects for coal-to-olefins are still in progress currently?

As the title suggests, which coal-to-olefins projects are currently in operation? What’s the status of projects such as Zhongtian Hechuang, Inner Mongolia Jiutai, Kailuan, and Datang? Does anyone know?
Except for Zhongtian Hechuang, which is still ongoing, the rest have stopped. :)
It only reflects institutional rigidity and slow decision-making; in the current market conditions, operating a business still results in losses.
Are they not being built anymore? Does anyone know how things are progressing with the coal-to-olefins project at Qinghai Damei Coal Industry?

Many hands make light work; it’s not just Sinopec, but also shareholders such as China National Coal Group. In fact, they can’t really be called wealthy – they have a lot of loans.

What project is Kailuan? Datang’s coal chemical industry is already in a terrible state – why are there still new coal chemical projects?
