Where has the desulfurizer in the solvent regeneration unit gone? In a while, the liquid level in the unit’s solvent buffer tank will drop significantly. Could it be that the solvent inside is being carried away through the top of the rich liquid flash tank and the acid gas outlet system? If not, are there any other possible reasons?
The solvent concentration can be checked to see if it has been concentrated.
Solvent foam may be carried away with the acidic gas; check the buffer tank downstream of the acidic gas
Check the problems with one’s own side, and check the problems with the other side.
