What should be done if asphalt is carried upward in the asphalt stripping tower?

The processing volume has been reduced by half; there are no issues with the steam, the instruments are functioning properly, and the liquid level is within the normal range. An increase in temperature of 20 degrees does not have a significant effect!
As for tower pressure, the stripping tower is a low-pressure device, so the pressure cannot be increased too much

How do you detect asphalt on the top of the tower? Could you please provide detailed information on the back pressure, column pressure, furnace temperature, as well as the top and bottom temperatures? If there are no abnormalities with the tower equipment, the possible adjustments include reducing the tower’s linear speed and decreasing the viscosity of the asphalt; in the worst case, the tray inside the tower may get turned upside down.
The temperatures at the outlet of the heating furnace and at the top of the asphalt stripping tower are very close to each other; reducing the stripping steam, halving the processing volume, or increasing the temperature of the heating furnace – none of these solutions work

If you put it that way, it’s possible the tray has flipped over
