It depends on whether it’s Unit A or Unit B. If you are Unit A, as long as you entrust the task to a qualified company that meets the requirements, Unit B can do whatever it wants. If something goes wrong, it is Unit B’s responsibility. If you are Unit B, I personally think this approach is not appropriate. It’s fine as long as nothing goes wrong and everything complies with the regulations, but once an accident occurs, who is responsible – Unit B or Unit C?
