Calculation of the one-pass conversion rate for methanol synthesis

Hello, everyone. At the moment it is not possible to analyze the composition of the gas exiting the synthesis tower. What methods are available to determine a decrease in the one-pass conversion rate of the synthesis tower and a reduction in catalyst activity? Under normal conditions, what are the one-way conversion rates for CO and CO2, and what is the overall conversion rate?
There are posts on the forum regarding conversion rates; you can search for them. If you can’t find any, we’ll consider other options
I’ve looked for it; currently, the sampling devices for analyzing the inlet and outlet streams of our synthesis tower are all damaged, so it’s not possible to obtain data on those analyses.
