Bearing housings cooled by jackets or coils are generally suitable for high-temperature pumps; there is no need to use this approach in the situation you mentioned.
Whether a bearing requires cooling water is determined by a combination of the bearing’s radial load, axial load, equipment speed, and ambient temperature.
If the power is not high, forced air cooling can be considered.
Based on what you’ve said, it seems that there’s absolutely no need for circulating water cooling. The circulating water in our factory is extremely dirty; we have to clean the cooling system lines frequently during winter, which leads to endless problems
