There is no specific maintenance interval; repairs are generally carried out without shutting down production
In terms of management level, the maintenance time for different processes varies; generally, it is 6 months for gas blowers； Crude benzene system: 1 year ； Ammonia evaporation: half a year ； Inspect and repair pump and valve leaks related to wear-prone components at any time
About 4 years, I guess. We started operations here in 2011; we had a 20-day major maintenance period in June this year, and now we are operating at full capacity! Shut down for maintenance!
