The natural gas heater in our office shuts down on its own whenever it rains or is foggy, and it has to be started manually – it won’t start automatically at all. It’s a vertical unit installed outside. Could anyone give me some advice?
This post was last edited by xyc114 on 2015-7-14 09:36; a water film may form in rainy or foggy weather, causing poor contact with the temperature transmitter. Identification method: ignore temperature changes; if the short-circuit signal is present, it can start automatically.
Please explain in detail what the first alarm refers to; it could be due to poor insulation in the control system.
