It’s understandable that people are worried and uncertain about the delay in registering for the survey and design exam. But with random associations and even wild guesses, misinformation spreads, turning what was originally a legitimate registration exam section into a forum for complaints, filled with various rumors. Some of the guesses are completely unfounded and cannot stand up to scrutiny. Since we are all working in the chemical industry, we must have a basic ability to make independent judgments. Certified Public Accountants, CPA – managing associations for so many years; have there been people constantly talking about abolishing this system? Has it been said that the value has declined? Why don’t accountants ever worry about the cancellation of this certificate, while we surveyors and designers are constantly anxious and full of doubts? Do you all think that the importance of surveying and design is less than that of accounting? Do you still think your skills are not as good as those of an accountant? Even if we consider the worst scenario, it doesn’t matter if it’s canceled – isn’t it fine for everyone to make a living based on their own abilities? It’s fairer than just accumulating years of service, seniority, or professional titles, right? It is up to you to decide whether to trust the documents signed by the Prime Minister or to believe rumors.
What the original poster said is absolutely correct. It’s just one registered exam; really, it’s not that big of a deal. Once again, don’t take exams just for the sake of taking them. Instead, take exams after you have done your job well and are able to earn money properly! I have said this sentence many times already. Regarding registered exams, the documents issued by the State Council are already available; **the leaders are aware of the importance of such exams – how could anyone else not be aware of it? The reason why our registered chemical industry certificates are not valuable is that the industry is not regulated properly; many people engage in speculative activities such as using others’ credentials, and there are also those who obtain these certificates but do not work in this industry. In such cases, the certificate is nothing more than a piece of paper ； If people can make a living through their own abilities, our society will be much fairer. Our *leader* has already made efforts in this direction; reforms are taking place in every area, whether it’s politics, culture, the economy, and so on. I think everyone can see this clearly. Look at some of the design institutes and engineering companies these days: those who truly understand the subject matter have become ordinary draftsmen, resulting in laypeople managing experts. I do hope for reform. Just like the certified public accountants mentioned by the original poster, they aren’t afraid of cancellation – since it’s something of real value, how can it be abolished? Looking back at the chemical engineering exam in 2014, it was truly of high value. I hope that exams of this type should be more practical; it shouldn’t be possible to cheat, nor should one be able to pass just by taking the exam easily, resulting in pass rates in the tens of percent.
A strict system for controlling access to exams is in place; only those who have integrated social security can take these exams. People from shift-based laboratories and hospitals all come to take the exam – it’s so chaotic

In the case of affiliation, if it’s canceled, there will be no money. For those who don’t affiliate with any organization, their income doesn’t increase much anyway; by passing the exams and learning*, their skills improve, and this improvement cannot be reversed ； Maybe it will be useful once it’s signed and approved in the future, but it doesn’t matter if it’s canceled before that happens.
