Negative pressure pipeline design

I have a question regarding the design of negative-pressure pipelines: the operating negative pressure in these pipelines is -0.097 MPa, the outer diameter of the pipes is 710 mm, and the length of each pipe is 6 meters. What should be the wall thickness? Only the strength required to withstand negative pressure needs to be considered; no account needs to be taken for corrosion allowance. How do I calculate this? I’m new to this field; I’ve read GB150 guidelines for the design of pressure vessels under external loads, but I still don’t fully understand it. Any advice from experts is welcome.
