How to handle filter elements with oil-containing fiber balls?

Dear colleagues, I would like to ask those who have worked with fiber ball filter elements – these elements need to be replaced regularly. Could you tell me how this is usually handled? Especially when these elements are contaminated with oil.
We have no experience with this; generally, after replacement, it is treated as solid waste and sent to qualified companies for disposal.
Are there qualified agencies? What kind of agencies are they exactly? Are the handling fees high?
