Internal leakage in heat exchanger

Our company has a hydrogen production project that uses 5,000 cubic meters of natural gas steam for conversion. It has been in operation for 3 years; in March of this year, there was a leak in the flue gas waste heat boiler coils, and in October there was a leak in the superheated steam coils. Additionally, pressure testing revealed a slight internal leak in the waste heat boiler coils – as pressure was applied to the tube side, the pressure on the shell side increased slowly, suggesting that there might be leaks in the tube bundle. It has now caused the device to turn on. Coil leaks have occurred on multiple occasions; what causes this? Will the leakage worsen if the equipment is started up despite these issues?
Three years? You can check the warranty period of the heat exchanger; generally, if the pressure isn’t too high, the warranty is three years. Moreover, I believe that during operation the various feed parameters are lower than the design values, which will surely lead to an deterioration of the leakage issues, and those issues will become increasingly severe
The probability of defects worsening when starting up with the device faulty is very high~~~~
Fix the leak or send it back to the factory for repair; do not operate it while it is faulty, as doing so would constitute a violation of the law in case of an accident.
