What are the two things you’re most afraid to hear employees say at the production site?
1) I don’t know....... No one has told me how to do it. Response: Check the training records and assessment records. 2) There is a reason for this problem....... Response: Check relevant SOPs, regulations, requirements, etc., to find out what needs to be done and how it should be done. See if it’s a programming error or a human error.
I’ve never been to the production site. Guess: Listen to me; that’s right, that’s how it used to be done.
The biggest fear is when employees say “no” (don’t know, aren’t sure, don’t understand)....
I’m not going to do it? Why is it so troublesome?
The three sentences I fear the most are: I don’t know. I haven’t done it. No one taught me.
1. It’s fine, we do this often； 2. The environment is too poor; the event coordinator is about to get sick.
I don’t know; no one told me. How did it happen again...
It’s okay, that’s just how xxx does things
I don’t feel that way? What’s most feared is teams undermining each other, always pointing out the faults of other teams while failing to see their own problems.
