How to achieve interlocking between a control valve and a flow meter in Hilscher DCS 1.1.0

A mass flow meter and a pneumatic control valve are used to achieve interlock functionality, so that the valve closes in the event of a power outage. I would appreciate advice from experts; a configuration diagram along with detailed instructions on how to set it up would be great. There must be experts among the many people at Haichuan – I’m just a beginner. Thank you
What do you mean by power outage? An outage of the mass flow meter? Do you want to achieve this: adjust the opening degree of the pneumatic control valve based on the flow rate measured by the mass flow meter, and close the valve immediately when there is no flow?
Or in other words, you use electricity directly to control the control valve; an electromagnetic valve is installed on the control valve, and when power is cut to that electromagnetic valve, the valve closes?
