How are work order tickets managed in various units?
We no longer issue paper versions; invoices are generated on the EAM platform, then printed and collected periodically.
The first copy of the top-tier and first-tier fire permits is taken by the factory’s safety department for archiving, while the third copy remains in the workshop for archiving; there’s nothing that can be done about this. Level 2 fire tickets and other work tickets are archived by the workshop itself. If I found any mistakes in the entries, I was too lazy to correct them; I would just throw them away after finishing the work.
It depends on the type of work order issued by the building owner. In the chemical industry, every task must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant regulations and standards; therefore, all tasks need to be detailed and specified. As for what we have here, the specific types include: equipment maintenance-related ones such as risk control for inspection and maintenance along with work order forms for static equipment, as well as work orders for the maintenance of rotating equipment along with risk assessment forms (for dynamic equipment), and lifting operation orders; Electrical instruments: Substation switching operation tickets, forms for turning high-voltage equipment on and off, work tickets for turning low-voltage equipment on and off, applications for temporary power usage, work tickets for the maintenance of electrical instrument equipment and risk assessment ; Special operation types: Hot work safety permit, high-altitude work safety permit, permit for working in confined spaces, earthwork safety permit, permit for removing or installing blind flanges, etc. Every work order has its own procedure. The original poster should take a look first; if necessary, further discussion can be held: P
