Should the safety valve of a liquefied gas desulfurization tower be installed at the top of the tower or in the middle of it?

Is it to prevent gas from accumulating at the top of the tower and not being able to escape in case of a fire?
The location depends on the area where overpressure is likely to occur during the processing. As for towers, more are placed at the top. Also: What desulfurization method is the original poster using?
MDEA, right? Isn’t that usually the one used?
For deep desulfurization, there is also the method of using a type of molecular sieve for adsorption.
I don’t need something this high-end for now; a regular one will do
