I read everyone’s posts today, and many of them were about reflecting on past work experiences! I can't help but be reminded of my memories! Recalling campus life, it was pure and carefree; back then, I had no idea what stress was! Looking back, it felt like starting out in the workplace; now I think I chose the wrong career. As the saying goes, men fear choosing the wrong profession, and that’s why I didn’t achieve anything for a long time! Extremely unproductive! I’ve been praised and deceived; I don’t want to complain about whether the path I’ve taken was right or wrong, or whether the people I met were good or bad! Are they just passersby in my life, or should I be grateful to the bad people or those who are harsh? It is because of them that you have grown! I’ve gradually changed from being a bitter and complaining person! I deeply understand that one cannot change anything else until they first change themselves! As the saying goes, the sun always shines after the storm. When you come to know yourself, you’ll realize that whenever you stop complaining, everything will gradually open its arms to you! What you need to do is cherish the people around you, cherish every job opportunity, and cherish every opportunity that causes you pain! In fact, thorns can bloom into flowers! Young people have the chance to make mistakes; be brave and give it a try! Change yourself... change the world....
So few people came to watch the speech in the Environmental Safety area! So, back to talking about something again
In my opinion, both adaptation and learning are important
In the workplace, there is not only the need to adapt but also to persevere; never forget your original intentions
Adapt and continuously improve one’s abilities
