Issues with communication between Siemens PLC and KingView

I am using a PLC model 300, with ConfigKing version 5.5. The connection is made via network cable (using a communication module), and the addresses of the devices in ConfigKing are set according to the established rules. The PLC is in operational mode and appears to be functioning normally when monitored. Yet, when running a project created in ConfigKing, the message display indicates that the initialization of the devices in that project, which use PLC address format 300, has failed. Moreover, the parameters on the operation screen remain as question marks, with no response from the system. However, by creating a new empty project with the same device names and addresses, as well as identical data dictionary references, there is no error message indicating initialization failure after it is run, and the screen display is also normal. I’ve been troubled by this for a long time; I hope an expert can give me some guidance! ! !
