I have a lot of training materials in various file formats such as Word, PPT, PDF, and videos. There is a great deal of content, such as accident cases, safety management, team management, occupational health, electrical instruments, maintenance work, traffic safety, and more. I want to organize it by categories, but I don’t know what to use as a basis What should I do?

It can be categorized into safety, hygiene, environmental protection, fire protection, training, and cases. It mainly depends on how you find it convenient. Once it’s sorted, you can come up and share it!
Haven’t you already categorized it? “\"Accident cases, safety management, team management, occupational health, electrical instruments, maintenance operations, traffic safety, etc.\" – these are typical categories for documents. If you do not want to go into further detail, you can classify them under the aforementioned main categories based on the industry type, such as petrochemicals, chemicals, or coal chemicals ； It can also be classified by typical companies, such as CNPC, Sinopec, China National Coal Group, Shenhua, Bayer, DuPont, etc.
