How to remove moss from pools

The net circulation tank of the blast furnace has a capacity of 2,500 cubic meters; 1,800 cubic meters of water are added to it daily for use in cooling the blast furnace’s walls. The walls of the tank are covered with moss – how can this moss be removed? The cheaper the solution, the better.
Add some biocides and algaecides; hypochlorous sodium can be used if it is relatively inexpensive.
We have used the Belzona 5741 coating for tanks, sedimentation tanks, etc., to suppress the growth of moss, but it is costly.
