Increase the effective gas composition in the gasifier

When the slag outlet of the water-coal slurry gasifier becomes blocked, the levels of CO and CO2 increase while the H2 level decreases; however, the overall content of useful gases can increase by 1%–2%. It is possible to use certain methods to alter the gas flow direction and increase its residence time within the gasifier, thereby obtaining more useful gases. (Provided that our product requires more CO.)
An increase in the amount of useful gas components is certainly positive, but based on past experiences with this phenomenon, yield decreases; in other words, the total volume of gas does not increase but rather decreases, and the total amount of useful gas also actually declines
