Determining the pressure of a condenser is quite complex; factors such as the relative volatility of the materials, whether the temperature of the refrigerant at the top of the tower is optimal, and the space required by the equipment all need to be taken into account. It’s better to look up relevant literature or engineering examples. Propane is a commonly used substance, so there are likely many engineering cases available whose data on tower top pressure can serve as a reference. As for the bottom of the tower, you can simply estimate the approximate pressure drop using a simplified model

What does the nominal pressure of a condenser mean? In the ASPEN DSTWU simulation, which pressure of the condenser is referred to as the input condition?
The nominal pressure is the pressure resistance of the equipment at a standard temperature; it is different from the pressure indicated in the software, as the pressure shown in the software represents the operating pressure
The nominal pressure is not related to your simulation; Aspen uses the pressures that apply under normal operating conditions
