How many sheets are there for pipeline 1DI?
Is there a corresponding relationship for this? 1DI, 1 dynes. If it’s plug welding or threading, were any images taken?

For outer diameters ≤100mm: 2 negatives or 3 negatives (oblique irradiation, depending on the thickness/outer diameter ratio), 3 negatives (vertical irradiation). . 100mm < outer diameter ≤ 570mm: 6 pieces. Outer diameter > 570mm: calculate as circumference/300, then round up. . . Of course, this is just an estimate; the actual value depends on factors such as the transmission method, the K value, the ratio of thickness to outer diameter, and the ratio of outer diameter to focal length. . There is a minimum number of exposures required.
When counting workload, shouldn’t it be regardless of the interface type?
This is probably used for budgeting estimates. It’s not possible to simply assume that 1 inch corresponds to one unit; for example, two inches requires two units, while 4–8 inches require six units. In the case of chemical processing equipment, it’s feasible to assume that one unit corresponds to 1 inch, as specified in the relevant standards

For example, as for the number of butt-welded fittings, it is possible to roughly estimate the number of butt-weld joints, but this should be backed by data rather than being based on mere guesswork

Pipes are connected to other pipes, pipes are connected to fittings, and fittings are connected to each other; it’s not possible to distinguish this based solely on the material list – only estimation is possible. If the wall thickness is known, then it’s possible to estimate the welding materials required
More or less, it has to be based on reality; one can only look at the ISO drawings, and there’s no guarantee that no new welds will appear somewhere. For the welds of fittings and pipelines, consider them to be within the fittings!
