Regarding the issue of managers working overtime

Since our project is scheduled to be operational in 3 months, the installation company is working overtime right now. Their working hours are from 7:00 to 11:30 in the morning and from 2:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon. The people on our project team now have to work during these same hours; there are meetings at 8:00 p.m., and then work continues until 9:00 p.m. There’s no time to go home at all. Now everyone is discussing whether this working pattern is acceptable Can efficiency be improved?
In special circumstances, when there’s nothing that can be done, one just has to follow the leader’s instructions.
Either drive back by yourself or ask the company to send a car to take you back. As for how to discuss this with senior management, it depends on your communication methods and the manager’s personality. Working an extra shift from time to time is also normal; after all, before driving, one has to be there whether there’s anything to do or not, out of fear of unexpected incidents or important things being overlooked. This way of working is not ideal, but special situations require special handling; there’s no other choice but to grit one’s teeth and persevere – 3 months will pass quickly.
