Company profile: Guangsha (Zhoushan) Energy Group Co., Ltd. was established in April 2004; it is a key member enterprise of China Guangsha Group. It is the first private enterprise in China to obtain approval from the National Development and Reform Commission to engage in the transshipment and storage of crude oil (fuel oil). The registered capital is 500 million yuan, with total assets amounting to 2.65 billion yuan. The main business activities include the wholesale and sales of bulk commodities such as petroleum, coal, steel, and timber. The Guangsha Huangzeshan Petroleum Storage and Transportation Project is located in the **-level Archipelago New Area of Zhoushan. Responsible for the safety management of the team, and involved in inspections related to departmental safety and warehouse space optimization. 2. Manage, supervise, and inspect all production tasks within the team; review various operation plans; and direct the berthing and unberthing operations of oil tankers. 3. Compile the annual equipment maintenance plan for the team, break it down into monthly tasks, and oversee, supervise, and check the implementation of the equipment maintenance work. 4. Responsible for organizing pre-shift meetings and safety training sessions for the team, and strictly supervising the safe production activities of the team as well as the handling of emergency situations. 5. Responsible for on-site command and handling of emergency incidents at the Huangzeshan base during holidays and at night, and assisting the manager in investigating and dealing with production accidents. 6. Responsible for the daily management tasks such as supervising, guiding, and training team members in their work ； Responsible for managing job descriptions, setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and handling attendance matters for team members. 7. Promote lean management within teams, “6S management,” and equipment management systems, and oversee the maintenance of environmental hygiene in all positions within the teams. 8. Based on the annual plan of the facility, prepare annual maintenance plans for automation systems and instruments; develop technical solutions, determine the volume of work required, manage progress, ensure construction quality and safety, and coordinate activities across different departments. 2. In accordance with the department’s arrangements, provide timely technical guidance and support for tasks related to the maintenance and repair of automatic control and instrumentation equipment. 3.
