Do anyone have any good suggestions or corrective measures for on-site management?

I really don’t know about this. The last training session focused on management, which involves managing tasks and people; as for the specific ways to do it, I still don’t understand them

Kanban Management 　A management kanban is a very effective and intuitive means of identifying and resolving problems; it is especially one of the essential tools for excellent on-site management. A management dashboard is a form of management visualization, which presents the status of data, information, etc. in an at-a-glance manner; it is primarily used for transparent management of projects, especially regarding information. It reveals hidden information from documents, minds, or the field through various forms such as slogans/status boards/charts/electronic screens, so that anyone can promptly grasp the current management situation and necessary information, thereby enabling quick formulation and implementation of countermeasures. Therefore, a management dashboard is a very effective and intuitive means for identifying and solving problems, and it is one of the essential tools for excellent on-site management.
