Temperature variation fault

Just now I tested a temperature sensor: when 475 was applied, it showed 22°C and 21mA. What’s going on here? And in a moment, an error message for “Transmitter 2” will appear. How to deal with it?
I’m not sure how you do it, but the correct way to verify temperature variation is to apply a standard resistance or mV signal at the input of the temperature transmitter, and connect a standard ammeter to the output, in order to observe the relationship between them. If something is incorrect, adjust the zero point or range of the temperature transmitter; it’s not possible to replace the temperature transmitter itself.
It is an integrated temperature sensor with a range of 0~60°C, in the form of a single thermal resistor. Rosemount, forgot the model number.
Is the range setting correct? Measure what the resistance value is
Is 22 degrees the current value? Check what model yours is, because you mentioned an error related to transmitter 2; so see if dual-output mode was selected. If only one is connected, simply use the Rosemount 475 to turn off sensor 2.
