The isolation gas serves to separate the oil side from the gas side. I would like to ask whether there is any interlock related to the pressure and flow rate of the nitrogen in this isolation gas – that is, whether the system will shut down automatically when the pressure or flow rate drops to a certain level. We don’t have this type of chain here; if there’s a problem with the nitrogen side, wouldn’t that damage the dry gas seal? Please share your thoughts
There is an alarm setting, but no interlock; moreover, there is no need for an interlock, as it’s not easy for oil to leak through. It's enough if there is an alarm.

If your low-pressure nitrogen supply is separate, then a short interruption in the supply of nitrogen should not cause much problem as long as you can restore it as soon as possible. If the lubricating oil is only present in static-pressure equipment without any rotation, it hardly will migrate. If your nitrogen system truly experiences a situation where it cannot be restored for a short period of time, then you should consider adding accident sealing gas!
