Why are the wear-resistant coatings on our factory’s 220T/H and 240T/H units of different heights? Why?
It’s not clear what is meant by \"not the same height\" – does it refer to thickness or the height of application? For the former, the reasons are: 1. Different coatings ； 2. The anti-wear treatment measures before the second furnace were different; after spraying, the thickness of the anti-wear coating applied could be reduced. For the latter, the main reasons are, first, whether spraying has been carried out previously, and second, whether the height of the transition zone between the dense and sparse phases in the furnace is the same; if the transition zone is higher, the anti-wear height will also be higher accordingly.
