The capabilities of machinery and manufacturing equipment are becoming increasingly strong, and the costs of processing and manufacturing are decreasing. Welding H-shaped steel requires a series of processes such as cutting, grinding, welding, and flaw detection, resulting in high labor costs. With economic development, the trend is a decline in machine prices and an increase in labor costs. How long is a typical H-beam found in the market? 6 meters, 9 meters, 12 meters?

It’s obvious that one needs to buy finished H-shaped steel; it’s difficult to ensure the mechanical properties of such steel through welding by oneself. Moreover, labor costs are high these days, making it not worth the effort.
