Questions regarding buried tanks and directly buried tanks

I have a question for everyone: Table 10.2.1 of the construction codes describes storage tanks buried directly underground. May I ask, what is direct burial of tanks? Is there a difference between direct burial and underground burial? For example: digging a square pit underground, placing the tank inside it, covering it with a lid and soil – can this be called a directly buried storage tank? Thank you.
I recently came across the related concepts. I understand: conceptually, there should be more options for buried tanks ； A directly buried tank means that soil is filled directly around the tank, with no concrete pit.
Direct burial is simple to carry out; there is no need to dig a deep pit, as it can be backfilled directly. Pipelines are generally installed either directly buried or in trenches; I think the concepts are similar, as trenches allow people to enter for maintenance work.
Direct burial means what the expert upstairs said: digging a hole and burying it there. Burial underground refers to creating a shelter to cover it up. However, it’s difficult to distinguish between direct-buried lines for power supply and transmission and those buried underground
Direct burial probably means no tank or pool is used.
