How to remove alcohol from vegetable oil that has been subjected to vacuum distillation for alcohol recovery

Recently, at the request of downstream companies, after alcohol is extracted from plant oils using high-concentration alcohol (an extraction mixture of alcohol and vegetable oil) via vacuum distillation, the alcohol content in these plant oils remains high. Seeking advice from experts!

Negative pressure distillation (probably distillation)? For the recovery of alcohol, as you said, the liquid at the top of the tower is pure alcohol; consequently, there must be alcohol present at the bottom of the tower as well (due to the liquid flowing back down through the packing layer of the distillation tower). Process modification plan: 1. Separate the distillation tower from the tower bottom and connect them using a gas pipe (however, some residue remains). 2. At the bottom of the distillation tower (or by directly providing a light-boiling substances outlet on the tower bottom), after alcohol recovery is complete, the light-boiling substances are extracted through this outlet (and these light-boiling substances are combined for distillation in the next batch). Ensure that the temperature of the finished product at the bottom of the tower is 100°C (this temperature needs to be confirmed through production testing; it’s just an estimate on my part)
