I’m very curious about how pipeline installation is carried out on offshore petrochemical platforms Is it about transporting the construction team and materials to the sea for installation? Is it still installed on land, with only simple assembly at sea?
It must be constructed and pre-tested on land; after direct installation at sea, only the marine connection sections are installed and inspected. The costs at sea are too high; we should minimize them as much as possible.
