Can welded steel pipes made of Q235A material be used for low-pressure superheated steam pipelines, where the operating temperature is below 350 degrees and the pressure is below 3.0 MPa?
This is a pressure pipeline; Q235A cannot be used.

Such problems arise mainly because low-pressure superheated steam was not used much in the past, and most applications followed the standards for power pipelines
When the operating temperature is below 350 degrees and the pressure is below 3.0 MPa, if these are the critical parameters, it is better to use seamless steel pipes; welded pipes made of Q235A are even less suitable in such cases. . .

In SH3059-2001, there is a clause at 7.1.6 that states: \"Spiral-welded submerged arc welded steel pipes are mainly used for pipelines carrying media that are not extremely hazardous, at design temperatures not exceeding 300 degrees Celsius.\" The 300 degrees Celsius mentioned here refers to the design temperature; your outlet temperature is likely the operating temperature. It is recommended not to use these pipes, as the weld length becomes too large.
