Find a classic image of an accident involving the outlet pipeline of a safety valve

I saw a photo of the site about over two years ago; it was (a steam pipeline? (I’m not too sure.) The safety valve is installed on the ground, and the vertical section of the outlet pipeline is placed along the side of the pipe rack; thereafter, there is a horizontal section used for venting. Only one pipe support is welded to this horizontal section to serve as a load-bearing bracket, with no limiting brackets in place. No guiding brackets are also provided for the vertical section. As a result, when the system was started up, the safety valve activated and pushed the outlet pipeline onto the ground. I’m trying to find this photo now; if any fellow sea lover can locate this post or image, please reply. Thank you!
