Seeking help: Several issues related to the \"mixing-melting-discharging-cooling-crushing\" process for several powdered materials. We want to experimentally produce a product by mixing several powdered materials, heating them to melt them; a stepwise heating process is used, with temperatures of 200 degrees and 600 degrees. After melting, the material is discharged, cooled, crushed, and packaged. Since gas is generated during the production process, using a boiler for heating seems inappropriate. How can this be achieved? 1. For solid powdered materials, how can they be heated evenly while being stirred uniformly at the same time? 2. How to properly discharge the gases generated during the process? 3. How to prevent local overheating? 4. How should a melt like this be discharged, cooled, and crushed? Or if any friend has come across similar mature production methods, please offer some guidance, such as “production processes similar to **” etc ; We have also considered imitating the sintering of cement and the production of glass, but no better method has been found yet. Thank you for the answer from above. What you're referring to seems to be a laboratory method. Our initial idea is to put the powdered raw materials into containers in batches, place them in a tunnel-type furnace for heating; the gases generated are extracted using pumps. Once the desired temperature is reached, the material is taken out, cooled, and then crushed.
I don’t know how large the volume is; I’m not sure if a rotary kiln is necessary
