Activity period: August 2015 – October 2015. Posts are made and interactions with netizens take place from August to September; a preliminary summary is prepared in early October, judges give their feedback in mid-October, and finally, statistics are compiled and awards are presented in the latter part of October. Event judges: All super moderators and deputy super moderators from various regions, plus the super moderator from the technical team. 3. Event promotion: All moderators and technical staff from the Anhuan region. 4. Event statistics: All moderators from the Anhuan region. 5. Collect management experiences, excellent insights, as well as pictures of outstanding management practices in areas such as safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and water treatment. 2. Haiyous voluntarily post content in accordance with the rules and interact with other Haiyous to earn \"likes\"; any member of Haichuan can give likes during the event, and the count of likes will be calculated by September 30, 2015 (automatically by the system and then summarized manually). 3. The organizing committee aggregates all the submitted posts for publication, after which the judges rate and comment on these aggregated posts. Each judge is allowed 3 likes, and each post can receive only 1 like (the number of likes must be calculated manually). 4. Likes = Haiyou likes * 1 + Judge likes * 3 + Assumed likes. Note: The ratio of judges’ likes to Haiyou’s likes is 3:1, meaning that one like from a judge earns 3 likes. For the purpose of counting likes, only multiples of 5 are considered, with no rounding applied. If a post has 18 floors in total, it is considered to have 5 likes. VII. Participation Method: 1. Posting Area: Safety and Environment Section. 2. Posting format: Haichuan Safety and Environment Cup + (image or file) name + number (the number is assigned uniformly by the management). 3. Post content: To be determined by the user. 4. Posting requirements: Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; any instance of it will result in disqualification from the competition. VIII. Activity Rewards: First Prize: 1 water bottle, 1 reputation point, 30 charm points, and 900 wealth points. Quotas: 1 person (for 30 posts), 2 people (for 60 posts), 3 people (for 90 posts)....., and so on. The maximum is 10. Second prize: 1 Reputation, 20 Charm, 600 Wealth. Quotas: 2 people (for 30 posts), 4 people (for 60 posts), 6 people (for 90 posts)....., and so on. Third prize: Charm: 10, Wealth: 300. Quotas: 3 (for 30 posts), 6 (for 60 posts), 9 (for 90 posts)....., and so on. Lucky Prize: 1 water bottle. The lucky prize is predetermined for a certain participant number; if the number of posts does not reach this number, the lucky prize is cancelled. If the number of posts is less than 30, the first, second, and third prizes will be awarded according to the standards set for 30 posts. IX.
