Precautions for ammonia tank design!

What are the key considerations for designing gas ammonia storage tanks? The medium is considered to pose a moderate level of hazard, but it is not explosive given its explosion limits. What are the special considerations regarding flanges, materials, safety valves, etc., compared to air storage tanks?
It is recommended that certain requirements be set for design based on liquid ammonia, as it is likely that the imported material will be liquid ammonia. Such as the type of flanges and their sealing surfaces, material selection, type of safety valves, etc...
I agree with the layout suggested above; although ammonia is considered to have moderate hazard levels, it is still a medium that can easily leak.
