I’m looking for an online oxygen analyzer; could everyone give me some advice? The sample gas temperature is 250 degrees Celsius, at 4.2 Mpa. It contains 20% water vapor, with slight amounts of corrosive gases. Does anyone here have the manufacturer’s contact information?
I’ve never seen any domestic brands; we have a device for measuring smoke gases, from the German brand Testo. It is said that with different hardware attachments, it can be used to detect various substances.
With so much water vapor at such high temperatures, introducing it to the oxygen meter will inevitably cause a temperature drop, and the condensed water droplets will affect the measurements. Pre-treatment should be carried out first, including cooling and water removal. As for slightly corrosive gases, modern imported industrial oxygen probes are generally able to handle them.
The requirements can be submitted to the manufacturer first, so that they can provide a measurement plan; preprocessing is very important. Try contacting Beifen Mahak.
Is it not necessary to cool down and relieve pressure when using infrared detection?
Is it also necessary to pre-treat the sample gas?
It’s not infrared, right? It’s a laser oxygen meter. It’s very expensive. Moreover, the domestic versions are of poor quality; if the measurement point is important, it is necessary to purchase imported products. It’s insanely expensive.
