Although annual inspections mainly cover appearance, settlement points, accessories, etc., the options in the report regarding safety accessories require selecting X or 1; yet in the inspection conclusion section, should the option for whether it can operate still be chosen as \"can operate\"? So, whether the safety accessories pass the inspection or not has nothing to do with whether they can operate? Will the person who signs this report be held responsible for any accidents resulting from the attachments? Are there detailed regulations in the tolerance standards? The problem lies in filling in the test results. Therefore, regarding liability, I am looking to see if there are clear guidelines specifying how the report should be filled out in such a situation.
The inspection of safety accessories does not necessarily have to be carried out simultaneously with the annual inspection. For example, pressure gauges can be divided into those that require regular inspection and those that do not; those that require regular inspection need to be calibrated every six months, while those that don’t require such frequent inspection have a service life of three years. Although safety valves are inspected once a year, the actual time interval between inspections can also change (for instance, if a safety valve triggers prematurely, it needs to be inspected again). Therefore, during the annual inspection, you only need to check whether the certification report for the safety accessories is still valid; as long as it is valid, it is considered that the safety accessories have been inspected and are in good condition. I’m also troubled by this issue; it’s supposed to be inspected once a year, and failing to do so creates safety risks.
