How should the material for the foundation bolts of the tower be selected? The main body of my tower is made of Q245R, with a design pressure of 0.25 and a design temperature of 60
The temperature requirements are not strict; you can choose whatever works. I remember that Q235B and 16MN were commonly used in the past, though there are also materials with higher strength
Select according to NB/T47041-2014.
Well, why is Q235 the first option available for SW6, rather than Q235B, C, or something similar? It’s the newcomer who has just started working

SW6 refers to the precision of the threads; the material can be Q235, meaning it belongs to the Q235 series – any one of Q235A/B/C/D will do. Generally, Q235B is the more commonly chosen option.
