What is needed to turn an idea into a reality?

I currently have an idea of my own, and I want to turn it into a reality. The idea is the comprehensive utilization of agricultural solid waste resources. I don’t have the funds or complete technical expertise; I only know some of the technical methods for the comprehensive use of such resources. I want to use this project to set up a small factory and find partners for a joint venture. What documents do I need to prepare? What documents are needed to set up a factory? We hope to receive guidance from owners with factory construction experience; many thanks!

What is this plan compared to? Is it a feasibility study report or a project proposal?

So I need to come up with something, but I just don’t know what. That’s why I’m consulting the seniors to find out what needs to be done! ;P
Just as everyone knows that trading stocks can make money, which stock will you buy? Should I go short or buy? A shares, B shares, or what? If you don’t know anything, isn’t that just daydreaming?
