How beginners can learn *chemical engineering design

I’ve been in this job for two years now, doing monotonous tasks every day, with no chance to learn anything new. If I want to learn *something about chemical engineering design, where should I start?
I want to learn *something about chemical engineering design, work in engineering, handle maintenance tasks, and study relevant standards; over time, I’ll get good at it

Operating the equipment is an advantage; one can start by learning about the equipment’s manufacturing process, while also adhering to the standards for chemical process design. Any questions can be raised on forums, and more participation in discussions is highly welcome
Design requires a great deal of experience; one needs to read many books and refer to various standards, and then combine that with practical experience. It can be said that there is never an end to learning about design
First, look at which area you want to work in and check the manual. Of course, learning from other colleagues* can save a lot of time.
