Is the accuracy of the factory analysis data reliable? If we can trust you, is the stability of your polypropylene products affected to some extent by temperature? Have the indicators that affect the performance of polypropylene not been taken into account?
The regulatory systems and measures are inadequate; The personnel in relevant positions lack a strong sense of responsibility ; These two reasons are the root causes of quality complaint incidents.
Although there are certain limitations to the analyzed data, it should still be trusted; There must still be an operational issue during the production process.
Then isn’t your factory inspection report the basis for issuing a product certificate of conformity? Or attached together?
(1) The packaging scales for finished products should be calibrated and inspected promptly. If it’s done properly, it’s hard to have any short weighing. (2) Ensure strict quality control of products; any that are substandard should be sold at a lower grade promptly. Don’t let people file complaints. For example: If white particles appear in polyethylene products, it has no impact on downstream production; yet the buyer wants you to lower the price, which is why they claim that the quality is unsatisfactory.
A factory inspection report and certificate of conformity are essential; It’s just that sellers and buyers focus on different things, I guess.
