Can a steam jet pump be used to pump water?

There is an underground storage tank in the facility, and water accumulates there during the rainy season; it needs to be drained. The higher authorities have requested that a steam jet pump be used for pumping out the water. Is this feasible? I checked SH3118; its application range is \"the medium to be pumped is various gas mixtures\", so it probably isn’t suitable for pumping water!
I have no experience in using steam jet pumps to pump water, but water can also be used as the medium for injection.

This really can exist; I’ve seen it in person, but I’m not sure what the actual effect will be! If there are no explosion-proof requirements, isn’t a direct submersible pump better?

If there is indeed such excess low-pressure steam available, it can be utilized at that time to save energy and reduce consumption! :lol

There is some water in the pit, which is considered a failure criterion during inspections; the new equipment to be installed is meant to remove that water
