Is there any research on techniques for removing metal debris from materials?
Find the source and control its generation. Screening, adsorption
Physical methods: density difference, flotation, air classification; use iron removers if magnetism is present. Chemical methods: differences in chemical properties, dissolution, filtration

Metal detectors are devices that have been around for decades; they are standard in the food industry and are also widely used in the rubber industry! Search for LOMA and MT, the two well-known brands in the industry! But please note that metal detectors are a type of physical detection device; their current detection capability is only on the order of millimeters. For drugs, this capability is around 0.3–0.5 mm, while for other items it’s generally above 1 mm! If there are any other technical issues, please contact: support@devodt.com
