Regarding signing in to claim prizes

After selecting the mood icon and filling in the details, why does it keep staying on the \"Please wait\" screen with no further progress?

Sometimes, when replying to a post and finishing editing the content, I click on ‘Publish Reply’, but it doesn’t respond after several attempts. Sometimes, by closing the tab and then reopening it, one can see their own replies; but this Wednesday morning, there was no response when trying to reply to several posts. Occasionally one reply succeeded, while the others did not.
Network issue, turn it off and try again...........
It’s because the internet is too slow and not functional well; I often encounter similar problems as well.
This happens when the network is unstable; try turning it off and then on again.

This happens often; sometimes it’s possible to browse posts normally, but it’s just not possible to log in! Just sign in at another time

Ask the same question as above. This problem has persisted for a long time; it’s not an issue with internet speed. It might be a system bug. Please have the HaiChuan IT staff confirm
