I graduated last year and joined a private design firm, but with oil prices so low there’s not much work to do; I don’t know what to do There’s basically no work to do here right now, but if I change jobs, I’m not sure where to go – to a manufacturing company or some other design firm (I actually prefer a design firm, as I’m worried that once I work in manufacturing, it will be hard to return to design work). Moreover, my career direction isn’t very clear either. Please, experienced colleagues, help me out with some advice!
Nothing is stable these days. Is working in a state-owned enterprise a secure option? Well, Wuhan Iron and Steel even laid off 50,000 employees. Do what you want to do, and wait for the right moment to make a move.
