Is 10Cr13 included in the material?

Today I saw that the material of the inner cylinder of the pressure relief tower is 10Cr13, but I couldn’t find any actual information on the internet; only details about manufacturers who sell 10Cr13 stainless steel were available. Could someone who knows this area please provide some information?
