Seeking advice on issues with submersible pump disc pumps

According to the operating procedures for liquid chlorine submersible pumps, it is required to perform pump rotation checks every 2 hours when the pump is shut down. However, due to structural reasons, this is quite inconvenient. Is there any good solution?

There will be no sticking or bending deformation of the shaft. When not in use for an extended period, open the rear cover; there is a secondary impeller there that can be used to turn the shaft. After turning it, check whether the gaskets are intact and then close the cover
